Coconut Car Racing Team win Sydney to London Classic Marathon
Our very own Geoff Olholm has led the Coconut Car Racing Team to victory in the 2014 Sydney to London Classic Marathon. Held over 30 days, through 8 countries and travelling 14,000 kilometres, the team and their Datsun 260z have spent the last month with a group of fantastic characters and made many friendships.
They have also spread the Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort message far and wide with this message coming to us via Facebook
Hello guys! We were at your resort in 2011 and we had a great time ! We live in holland and last week we were on holiday in Croatia en when we drove back home we saw a racecar with your advertising on it. And a big bus with a huge advertising on the side!! Turns out to be a race from Sydney to London!, it was a great suprise to see this in Europe!! Brought us a little bit back in Aussie!! Greetings Nynke
